Returns Policy

Shipping Methods

Please expect 5-7 days (excluding weekends) to process your order. We ship exclusively with USPS so our rates can be standard and predictable depending on the items, weight and number, cost of shipping takes into account the packaging of the products. 

Returns & Exchanges

We can not process returns for used products. Please contact us at hello@annesapothecary.com within 7 days of receiving the item for any concerns. Please attach images is applicable. We are able to process returns for unused products and replace damaged products during shipping. 

Allergies

If you have a general sensitivities or known allergies, we strongly advise that you read through each ingredient listed on our various products and determine your appropriate safety.
