Duties include

Meeting daily sales goals,

Production Associate

Perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures and manufacturing guidelines.

Complete quality records for manufactured products.

Coordinate and prioritize and schedule work orders to meet deadlines.

Identify and report unsafe practices to the Manager immediately.

Attend job training related to production and machinery for professional growth.

Complete daily assigned tasks to meet production volume and schedule.

Ensure that the work environment is maintained clean, safe and organized.

Identify and resolve problems concerning equipment and materials.

Ensure that the manufactured product meets customer specifications.

Maintain documentations for production related activities for reference purposes.

Assist Manager in preparing the production plan and budget.

Stay up-to-date with production processes and client divisions.

Internships will be Part time/ full-time with remote and onsite requirements

This is an exciting opportunity!

Our sales internship is a hands-on introduction to a career in sales, the chance to explore the beauty and cosmetic industry and an opportunity to work directly with our amazing customers. Interns will learn alongside the owner to develop their selling skills and knowledge of the industry.

Interns will also have the opportunity to study and access exclusive training specializing in both retail and wholesaling .

Along with job development, the program consists of exciting social activities, weekly meetings and networking events with others in the industry, trade show preparation and travel, liaise with press outreach.

Previous experience in sales roles, acting as a leader in a student organization, herbalism and/or alternative medicine.

Content Production Intern Responsibilities:

The Content Production intern is responsible for assisting with executing digital marketing and communication strategy for Anne’s Apothecary to increase attendance and engagement for the brand.

DUTIES

Provide photography/video coverage of events, day to day task, parties and etc.
Perform quick turnaround and editing photos for all social media platforms
Work closely with Public Relations Team

. Create content for Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)

. Building Facebook community for local customers of Anne’s Apothecary

. Providing press releases for product updates, new releases, Liaising for giveaway content.
